The Art Institute of Atlanta – Presents Fashion Show Sunday, September 14, 2014
Wrap up summer with bright, fun fashions at “Success in the City ” a fashion show presented by Bachelor of Arts in Fashion & Marketing Management & Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design students from The Art Institute of Atlanta.
The event takes place on Sunday, Sept 14 at 7p.m. to 9p.m. in Atlantic Station CentralPark.
“Success in the City” will feature professional and contemporary looks furnished by Gap Inc. brands (i.e. Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta). Paul Mitchell the School will style hair and make-up for the show.
A reception and mixer will begin at 6:15 pm, with the show beginning at 7:00 pm. Admission is $10; $5 for students with ID. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.
Other event sponsors include Gap For Community Colleges, Gap Inc Brands and Strip restaurant. A portion of the proceeds from the evening will benefit Dress for Success-Atlanta. The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
